Vignesh Nagarajan

I'm an engineering leader with 10+ years of experience turning factory complexity into intelligent, scalable systems. I've lived and worked across 5 countries — Italy, Germany, UK, India, and briefly the US — building deep expertise across the full ISA-95 stack from shop floor sensors to enterprise dashboards.

My work sits at the intersection of OT and IT: I understand PLCs as well as cloud architecture, and I speak to plant managers and CTOs with equal fluency. At Magna International, I scaled IoT solutions to 85% of European plants in under 9 months — and I'm now doing the same across APAC.

I hold an MS in Automation & Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano on a full Italian government scholarship, and a BE from Anna University, Chennai.
